At my old workplace, the Parts Catalogue didn’t work through the firewall.
We had a special network that bypassed the corporate network.
The technicians new diagnostics tool also needed a direct connection. They decided to piggy-back on the Parts network.
There were lots of disappointed techs when I blocked BitTorrent and Pandora.

@Salvo @Bern A previous employer was tempted to block YouTube. Wisely, they decided not to! Especially since the company had a YouTube channel! More recently, I'm still mildly surprised my most recent employer didn't block Discord. I'm in several servers with NSFW channels...
