#WritersCoffeeClub 18: Does your writing ever get away from you? (plot bunnies…?) In rough drafting, of course it does, goes wild and crazy. A lot of ideas are thrown at the wall...As rough drafts tend to be like this for me, a plan is only established once I've decided it is time for editing. As I've been changing up my writing style and it has helped me quite a bit. I do try to have at least a small outline that highlights some important events to touch upon. Other than that, I allow myself to go a bit wilder with rough drafts. The editing is when order and structure needs to happen, rough drafts need to be fun, and like an overgrown garden, waiting for a thorough tending.
