@daks actually all three MT MC and RT all have firmware that can do this, MC use only one firmware but give users too many options in the form of 11 different roles you can set on the node, and this can make a mess of the mesh with a few badly configured nodes. MC has two main types of firmware, which keeps things simpler actually, and functions better. RT I haven't played around with enough yet but I think it is more like MT in that there is only one firmware, but Sideband and RT software you can run on other devices allows you to connect through many different mediums not just LoRa, though you could use it only for LoRa if you wanted. It really is a very different beast but designed to route around a lack of standard internet infrastructure with whatever is available.

    @kudra Yeah, I like the fact that RT is not linked to a specific tech (like MT and MC) so it can use Ethernet links or others when available. It's more and alternative to Tcp/ip in reality 😀
