Even apart from codegen, I expect a danger where people end up asking their LLM programming questions rather than other programmers.
A more experienced programmer can provide better guidance (“Why do you want to do that?”, “Actually that’s a footgun and instead you could…”, “Our environment is weird, so…”)
And asking and answering questions is part of development. They say you don’t understand something you can’t explain, so what happens when nobody is expected to /explain anything to others/?

@lightspill A big problem very much not limited to coding is that with the AI slop flooding the internet since years, its become much more difficult to tell genuine info from AI garbage, so even trying to find guides made by people is that much harder now.
