one thing that the latest version of android did which feels like a genuine direct personal attack is switch the order of the main buttons in landscape mode portrait shows triangle circle square, rotated right in landscape shows square at the top (left) and triangle at the bottom (right) and even worse, regardless of which way the screen rotates (left or right) the button bar is always on the same side of the physical screen, so this is just arbitrarily deciding that the buttons should be switched in just this common orientation which I like to use for watching videos in bed direct attack
