Sometimes I wonder if any of my old friends, who couldn't be bothered to keep in touch with me, ever think about me.

@An0n As someone who has recently been trying to pick up some lost threads of connection, the answer I'd suppose would be 'yes' in at least some cases. It might be that, like me, the loss of address books (back in the day) is a factor in the loss of contact.... And then busyness and the demands of family can push active re-finding out ...
