What do you mean by self segregate? The people who can leave will leave as they need to pee and the other people will just avoid the area?

@Asbestos @NatalyaD Exactly. Personally, I have IBS and have had to pass up jobs, housing, and socializing because I don't know if I'm going to be able to use the bathroom when I need it.
