Turns out it does work with a modified OMT2.dll on the PC Gaming Wiki from the Speedrunning Discord thing. I have to run my laptop at 1080p with 225% scaling and set X11 applications to be scaled by the system for it to be fullscreen but it's not centered.

Also had to set Wine to use a desktop at 640x480.
