@witix @Njord and I say this out of concern:If it can have some kind of impact on your health, DON'T use AI. And we're technologically closer to be able to regrow an arm than to regrow whatever the hell those nerves are doing inside the ear to make a living being perceive sound. If the machine for some reason decided to output to you some weird ass shit that looks apparently normal, you could've just blasted your ears out. Hasn't happened yet but after all the shit I've seen from LLMs who knows.
