It's not just an upgrade feature-wise for them, it's also having everyone switch to privacy-first analytics that are GDPR (and everything else) ready out of the box. And personally, as a long-time user of Fathom, I'm looking forward to getting Gauges' AirTraffic Live feature added, which they said they would port over and looks very cool.
