@madhu_shrieks I think you are mixing the two contexts. Streaming killing ownership is in the context of everything becoming a subscription and thus encouraging rent-seeking behaviour. And, in fact, your example of "owning a few things" also carries an inherent opposition to such rent-seeking. Put it this way, it's the difference between having a library at home vs a library you can pay a subscription to. As it stands, you cannot build said library at home and that, IMHO, is a problem...
