@mariyadelano It's a little thing, a 5% thing. I call my reps, on the PHONE, roughly every fortnight. I don't always get a real person. But I leave a message about something that bothers me, or ask for help with some minor other thing. It's not much. It doesn't require any kind of commitment. But it gets my voice heard. I'd do some volunteer work, but I travel about 260 days/year. Volunteering requires commitment that I'm not around for. I can make phone calls, though.
