I bought these earplugs designed for musicians and they are pretty great, it reduces the volume by a lot while allowing you to hear the original sound, including the high end which often gets heavily muffled by generic earplugs. If you go to concerts and clubs, or play loud music, I highly recommend getting something like this. Your hearing is precious. Unfortunately, once it is damaged, it will never come back.
