@mpanhans You cannot directly flash critial partitions it like it says in the pmOS wiki, so what I did was only flash the boot image and the dtbo image. This allowed me to boot into the latest TWRP image (You have to do this to flash the lastest OTA, earlier ones will error out). Then I can now finally flash the OTA zip. You then restart it to flash both slots. (You may have to reload the OTA zip into the filesystem again, but now you can use the system updater & use the local update). 2/2
