@hazelweakly I have a domain catch-all inbox and have a unique email for most of the things, it's then automatically sorted into folders, and I try to have time slots based on priorities to go through them. The main address is used purely only for human-to-human communication and I try to keep it that way, so it's manageable long term. Oh, and I use Thunderbird with a really compact and clean view.
