I think I've figured out why there are so many more British youtubers with autism channels than Americans. They have public healthcare, so these folks can afford to live off of youtube earnings. Free, universal healthcare would make so many things possible. It's hard to imagine what we could accomplish as a society if we just took care of people.

@joshsusser @pathfinder Is that really the case? I follow quite a few Autists on Youtube, and yes, several are British, but the majority? I’m not sure.
