@gumnos Good lord. And is that SLOP on the cover? Was it too hard to take another photo of a freaking *hand* like the previous editions? If so, that is a book I will NOT be purchasing and a publisher that will never see another dime from me.
If not, I apologize for the insult, etc.

@ratfactor Given the time-frame in which the book/cover came out (I believe it was on the draft I did tech-review on in Aug 20224), I would have serious doubts as to whether it was AI-generated. Possibly a mediocre-Photoshop-job, but AI image-generation in that timeframe was pretty horrible.
