@wffl Dr. Cos (from whom i got the patterns for my maid outfit) also have a pattern for a witch hat but it is paid, expects you some tools you probably do not have (sewing machine & serger) and the quality of the English instructions is not super beginner friendly. https://dr-cos.info/fp-witchhat.html
