How do you approach stereotypes while creating characters? I think authors should play with stereotypes to trick the reader a little: they think they know what kind of character they’re going to encounter, and then they’re offered something slightly different, which gives them the opportunity to become more aware of that stereotype. #wordweavers 2026-03-08

  • If you need to share an important piece of history/lore, what's your approach that avoids infodumping? I think it’s important not to give all informations at once. It’s part of a good narration to distill clues all along the story.
