@neox @baske @pvheditions Tu notera aussi que c'est au final un retournement de situation assez étonnant d'imputer à quelqu'un qui exprime sa volonté de ne pas voir son travail exploité commercialement par défaut comme une domination capitaliste.. ?

@gomli @baske @pvheditions je citerai un article scientifique de 2011, _Creative Commons licenses and the non-commercial condition: Implications for the re-use of biodiversity information_ > The Creative Commons Non-Commercial (CC NC) licenses exclude re-use scenarios leading to monetary profits or other commercial advantages (increased notability, etc.). It thus effectively protects copyright owners whose income depends on commercially licensing their works. NC licenses therefore are an important instrument to contribute a work to causes in which a third party’s gain does not diminish the revenue of the copyright holder.
