@clive funny, we didn't read exactly the same things but some do cross over. There uses to be stock buffer or strategic reserve kind of thing but for multiple reason, like US politics chaos, there wasn't that much last year, plus sony apparently sponging whatever it could find cheap for its PS5. I can see manufacturer wanting higher price factor in. About process, high end like samsung do change machine yearly and resell old one to chineses, but US incertainty also throw a wrench in that?
