@deborahh It's not unusual for the Commission, Council and Parliament to be at odds. The Council tends to represent perceived 'national interests', the Commission is arguably unduly influenced by lobbyists, while the Parliament tends to better reflect public opinion. I think the European public generally has reached the point where anything coming from US big business is treated with suspicion. @jdp23 @Em0nM4stodon
