@nosfe Never seen this before, and I've seen a lot of deteriorated film. Best guess: some static electricity influenced bacteria, because it seems to start at the edges and propagates inside.
Maybe ask https://www.dagiebrundert.de/contact.html , she's got a lot experience with old films.

@slowtiger thanks, emailed her. haven't thought that there could be some electricity in the process, how would static electricity work on a stationary roll of film? i've heard about some static electricity on some films when shooting, that cause some exposure errors from sparkles
