Is the so-called "AI" that is basically over-hyped everywhere just a movement by big tech to make us individuals depend on it and for our knowledge, and our skills to be replaced by it? As an example, the fact that Gen AI is slowly replacing artists because AI art is free and fast is one prime example. Programming is art, literature is art, the list goes on. I can't imagine what the people that depend on AI for their daily life will do once there will be a blackout or something.
