@Di4na I'm not advocating for the legislation... I'm purely observing what is being proposed in it, and wondering why. the industry doesnt seem to have given much feedback yet.

@chrisjhorn I know and my answer is that it is so unrealistic that they do not expect it to ever be enforced.
