@joeldebruijn @abergmeier @Di4na but in all such cases: no-one says that "using FLOSS" equals "getting it directly from the authors".
There are numerous companies that'll provide FLOSS with support, for a fee. From SUSE, via Aquia to a local software house. Hell, in the Netherlands we even have nonprofits doing exactly this, for schools (e.g. surf.nl).

@berkes @abergmeier @Di4na Surf is our joined cooperation for procurement and central services. At the moment they/we dont offer collaboration suites although they are orientating those as part of their Public Values program. Even hosting Mastodon for educational sector.
