Does anyone know how to contact digital ocean's abuse address without the XARF report requirements as I have no clue how to get that working.
We're getting aggressively scraped by over 1000 (likely compromised) digital ocean IP addresses and mailing their abuse@ address just gives you a "You need to use XARF messaging because we ignore reports otherwise"
Like sorry my mans, I'm not figuring that shit out, get your network under control.
Would just block their entire range but I assume a fair few fediverse servers are hosted on there too :(
