@natematias I think it's expected that hashtag movements will be fleeting but highly visible, whereas institutions will be more robust and less glossy. Awareness campaigns could be conceptualised as the tip of an iceberg, with material support, mutual aid networks, legal interventions, etc. often less visible by nature and necessity.

@zoy Agreed. I've also been following the story of Times Up, which eventually dissolved after a series of scandals (unknown if they were the cause of the dissolution), though the legal defense fund continues. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time%27s_Up_(organization)
