Unfortunately White Male SF authors especially Hard Science SF Writers get drawn to Right Wing Culture.
Historically it was Heinlein, Anderson and Pournelle browbeating fans and up and coming writers…now it’s nearly automatic.

@MedeaVanamonde @kagan @mekkaokereke Of course, the exception to the right wing culture trend is THE culture, although right wingers with poor reading comprehension seem to think those books speak to them as well.

@MedeaVanamonde @mekkaokereke This is why I put a pause on reading books by cis white guys. Honestly I just couldn't handle even the background levels misogyny anymore.
