@klim Definitely not back in the day. There was kinda a weird time when a few of the older books were generated in PDF form, but (IMO) were not done well. (They weren't identical to the original books, for one thing.) I don't recall Adobe Caslon was part of that anyway. I might wrong and I can check, if someone doesn't beat me to it.

@klim Part of the problem was that some image rights in the original books didn't cover digital publication, IIRC. (Yes, some of those books had third party images in them.)
