@NikJov @Dennislong82 @lexipic My legal background leads me to say otherwise. That's why employers and businesses often require employees, even of non-profit organizations, to sign confidentiality agreements. Be My Eyes could easily require that of volunteers, and volunteers could be required to use their legal names. It isn't a perfect world, but laws do have teeth.

@Lynn @Dennislong82 @lexipic there's no way to enforce that. For every person who recorded a call, there are millions of us all over the world, in non-English speaking countries who have no clue this is even happening. Enforcing contracts, verifying legal names/identity is very difficult if you want to be internationally available, we could translate this to sorry, but this app is now USA-exclusive, or limited to a few countries.
