@Dennislong82 @lexipic I do believe there is more they could do, yes! An email saying ... pretty please, don't do this ... is not of much value, I don't think. As i said earlier, it is just a start. Something else i don't understand is why the blindness community, as a whole, is not speaking to this. Of course, this is not the only case where something should be done and isn't. 😣

@Lynn @Dennislong82 @lexipic Actually the fact that they can do nothing about this is entirely correct. It is very easy to say that a company should do something and to endlessly complain about that, but it is much harder to answer the question of what exactly that something is...
