@lexipic That just sounds disturbing, and the problem here is that your average Be My Eyes user wouldn't have a clue this is going on. Maybe the team at @bemyeyes can build something in the app that would possibly alert the blind person that this is happening, or force disconnect the volunteer automatically if recording tools in use are detected.

@goyo @lexipic @bemyeyes I wish it was that easy, but I saw the video linked in that exact Facebook post and it seems they record the calls on another device or get someone else to record the device I can't tell which. Either way it's gross because if the app did block them from screen recording they can get around it.
