@beandreams After spinal surgery I was unable to keep up with my yard. A Camelia tree between our properties was dropping flowers on his driveway; I agreed it was ok for him to TRIM branches overhanging his drive way. HE CUT IT DOWN TO A STUMP I wrote him a letter and left it in this book. 2 days later there was a 7' fence between us. Read that letter in the alt. You may then think the fence was not high enough.
