@skyfaller ah i see. hm somewhat difficult to say, its a good question. i would say it would be more energy intensive if i had to guess just due to the nature of javascript vs rust (the language i am writing the server in) but likely not categorically so. the energy costs of running a browser and parsing and rendering the html and css and everything that all remains and i would expect that to dominate. but i am speculating.
