@nasser (this is assuming I could be convinced that a centralized-per-project issue tracker is a bad thing to begin with which I'm still on the fence about) (centralized-per-project is not the same thing as "should all issues in the world be hosted on one web site"; hope that is clear)

@technomancy in this scheme the issues live in the repository (literally refs that resolve to automerge documents) so it's as centralized/decentralized as git itself is
