1. livecode in fennel on linux
2. over telnet into renoise via 8fl/lua
3. triggering a windows-only vst which is wrapped in yabridge/wine
4. which runs a software synthesis engine that uses original samples from early 2000s dabke synthesizers
its a long walk but in the end it sounds like home

@nasser this is so cool. I wasn't aware there was a programmable interface for renoise but it makes so much more sense to my brain. thanks for sharing this setup.
