@sacha Thank you!! :D so in in evil mode (is that a thinkg oudside doomemacs?) you'd still use hjkl for arrowkeys? I take it theres tools to make sure your new shortcuts doesnt kill your old ones.. whad does C-./C-, do in your env? :)

@hell I don't use Evil Mode, so I haven't needed to find a workaround for that. I tend to use a lot of C-s (isearch) to navigate, and some other things like going by sentences / sexps. I have C-. as a prefix for a number of my shortcuts for learning French, like C-. c for conjugations and C-. f to find a word. When I edit subtitles, I have M-. set to split a subtitle. It's Emacs, you can make the shortcuts pretty much anything you want. :)
