@paninid I’ve thought about this a lot in regards to retirement. People aren’t saving enough for retirement and most of us don’t have pensions anymore. Without intervention, things are going to be really tough for seniors in the coming decades or people will literally work until they die.

@jaykass I mean, the concept of “retirement” is an artifact of the Industrial Revolution, maybe 100 years old. Basically, it’s a return to normal. It’s a wild coming to terms with the fact you were born at the tail end of a historical aberration.
