It all started with the MIDIBox I built in 2003. A whole world of DIY electronics, microcontrollers and interactive electronic music was waiting for me. So much of that ecosystem is based on open source and contributions by only few individuals worldwide – I am very thankful for the great resources people like Thorsten Klose and his ucApps.de website are still maintaining until today.
