@ljwrites @oddtail interesting, the whole notion of "fighting the idea that we are anything but our assigned gender" isn't one I realized cis folks had. I definitely don't want to transition to the other binary gender. But I don't particularly care if people use the other binary pronoun set for me. I had no idea the sense of gender was so strong! Oddly, I never questioned that it was strong enough in trans folks for them to push through the barriers and transition. Why *wouldn't* it be equally strong in people who are definitely cis? So yeah, I'm agender, heh. Any "transition" for me would be shedding the weight of gender assumptions.
