Second, more thorough reading: Points 1 & 2 are hard points too - condemning & declaring the Maafa as the most "inhumane and enduring" crime against humanity is a hard sell for the state of USA (who won't even acknowledge their genocide against the natives) and the state of Israel (who won't accept that any historical event could come close to the Holocaust). It's still pretty rich to reference what international law said at the time while completely disregarding international law right now.
