@janneke @guix @nlnet honestly, id say it should just be the default, since by default it's using rumpdisk, at least in the future. but for now, what about something like: easiest to change … to your hurd-vm-configuration, and, since we're now using rumpdisk for the disk subsystem, you'll also need to add (kernel-arguments '("noide")) as well. In the future this will no longer be necessary. and then adjust the subsequent examples to include the form.
