I'm still feeling very grateful for ourselves, but sad for our neighbors who had their homes destroyed and their possessions smashed and scattered. The National Weather Service confirmed the path of the EF2 tornado on Friday afternoon and at its closest was barely over 2 miles from our home. I was only mildly inconvenienced by being stuck in the basement for the duration of the warning. Again because of the good warnings and its mostly exurban and rural path, there were no injuries. #MNWX
