Finally found some time to turn off and on the oven fuse.
I needed to turn my oven off and on again so that it could reconnect to the WiFi so that it could set its clock after the DST change (literally the only feature I want from its connectivity)

Why can’t it respect DST while offline? I don’t know! Why can’t it reconnect to the wifi? I don’t know. Why did the designers add wifi instead of dcf77? No idea.

@zekjur I don't understand why appliances need the time anyway. We have normal clocks for that. I get they just add the time since it has a timer on it, but I could do without time/clocks on my stove/microwave/coffee pot/etc.
