@swoonie @longcovid @mecfs you have my sympathy and empathy. I've never been quite that bad but have been close. Don't beat yourself up on the "maybe I shouldn't..." We live the best life we can, pacing by guesswork. Hang in there. (Seek out mental heath support if you can. This shit messes with the brain).
