I regret having been so active the past two days. I pay the price for that now, and the price is high and it hurts. Yes, I enjoyed myself, but I wonder whether I should have paced myself better.
My wonderful husband warned me, but I wouldn’t listen. #pacing

I can’t overemphasise how frustrating and exasperating it is to have Long Covid. My life is just a few shards of the one I had before #Covid.
