@ThermiteBeGiants @jpm in that case, the Vic government probably can’t afford to subsidise it for long. Can the loco be retrofitted?

@raaahbin @jpm their coal-fired locomotive is coming back from a 12-years-long heavy overhaul in the latter half of the year apparently. Buggered until then - maybe they can run it off timber and cooking oil in the meantime?
