But also, just because someone is smart doesn't mean they wish well for the world. Jeff Bezos is a smart guy and he's an absolute plague on us all.

@passenger @tsvga@ni.hil.ist what makes him "smart"? he hasn't done anything to work for what he has, his fortunes are the result of slavery. is that "smart"? what would make you say he is "stupid"? is slavery "stupid", or could we use more precise language to describe a system of deadly exploitation and murder?
