@Fishercat @passenger Even the best of bad options - Bernie Sanders - has absolutely atrocious politics when it comes to policing and natsec. The growing sentiment that police and the Feds are out of control and need to be shut down is almost completely out-of-pocket for both our political class *and* the progressive bench trying to enter our political class. The US is going to *be disarmed* because our military tech and our spending are unsustainable in a world without US hegemony.
